Single session includes:

  • 15 minute goals and ability assessment

  • 60 minutes of practical and functional strength and mobility programming

  • Demonstrations, movement regressions, and progressions

  • Applicable take-away explanations of exercises performed

Multiple sessions include:

  • 60 minute goals and ability assessment

  • 60-75 minute sessions involving stretch, functional and progressive strength, and mobility

  • Programming prescribed and optimized based on length of commitment

  • Demonstrations, movement regressions, and progressions

  • Applicable take-away explanations of exercises performed

Hot / cold therapy

Session includes:

  • 1 hour of guided therapies

  • Cold plunge

  • Sauna

  • Applicable take-away explanations of benefits
