Where does the contrast therapy session take place?

• HSouth’s barrel sauna and cold plunge are located at Heather’s private residence, in her gated and secure, fully fenced and very private backyard. The back deck is partially shaded and offers limited weather-proofing.

What additional amenities are available?

• Patio table with umbrella and seating

• Chilled still + sparkling water

• Turkish towels
