Heather Southerland is a Nashville-based strength & mobility performance coach who has spent nearly 30 years refining her heart for service through a successful career in hospitality. Now, by parlaying 25+ years of continuing exercise education and consistent strength programming for herself and for others, alongside a lived passion for growth and performance, she seeks to create meaningful, lifelong impact with the formation of HSouth Health & Hospitality.
